Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location. For customized or made-to-order items, the lead time may extend to 6-8 weeks to ensure handcrafted perfection.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items that arrive damaged or differ significantly from the description. Please ensure you inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
Is assembly included with my purchase?
Most of our large furniture items come with complimentary professional assembly services at the time of delivery. For smaller items, easy-to-follow DIY instruction manuals are provided.
